The Protective Headgear Manufacturers Association was formed in the 1990’s and had a website with information on the organization, including their educational materials. For a time they met during ASTM’s committee week meetings. In 2009 PHMA rolled up their operations, and they are no longer in business. We have permission from their former members to distribute the video they produced for kids, Professor Helmut on Helmets.
